The journey of Dolio wine begins with hand harvested Washington grown grapes. Most grapes are sourced from the Columbia Valley in eastern Washington where quality fruit is a result of a long warm ripening season.  Grapes for a few small quantity varietals are produced right here in our northern Clark county vineyards.

A few busy weeks of destemming, fermenting and pressing the grapes transforms juice into a young wine.  During élevage, the wine ages as our winemaker guides the vintage to its full potential.
